利希慎堂迎新爆非禮疑雲 肇事新生樓層欲息事寧人手法遭質疑

繼昨日被揭涉及塗鴉弔唁冊後，再有同學向本報提供消息，指利希慎堂迎新期間有同學涉嫌非禮，但未有任何正式處理；而涉事男生所屬樓層的同學多番希望其他同學不要舊事重提。

消息指，於 Night Track 活動期間，有一名男新生涉嫌非禮一名女新生。當時有數名女同學拉開涉事男生訓斥，但其後男生所屬樓層的同學則與女同學爭執。事後涉事樓層的同學多番希望其他同學不要舊事重提，指無實質證據不要亂說。據悉該名女新生已經離開舍堂，而事件最終並未有任何正式處理。以上事件亦未有向舍堂方面匯報，亦未有包括在舍堂學生會向學生會評議會遞交的迎新報告上。

本報就事件向利希慎堂學生會查詢，惟截稿前尚未就事件回覆。


如遇性騷擾可向校長投訴 迎新報告未有要求交代亦易隱瞞
有同學表示，雖然這些疑似非禮事件難以證實，但僅僅不斷呼籲同學不要舊事重提，而不作任何正式處理的處理手法相當不妥。參考現時平等機會事務會的指引，如遇上性搔擾，應立即說「不」，記錄事件後可向學生輔導員或舍監等尋求指導和協助；若未能解決事件，可向校長作正式投訴。

至於遞交予學生會評議會迎新報告中未有提及這兩日的兩宗事件，據本報理解，因報告並無明確要求匯報這類型的事件；即使有作相關要求但舍堂隱瞞，學生會亦難以揭發。
