文化聯會涉偽造收據 司法委員會將立案調查

署理財務秘書馮卓傑於2019年第一次評議會會議上報告，指發現文化聯會所遞交的Form B 上兩項開支不合理，其後發現事件涉及偽造文書及詐騙款項。事件將交由司法委員會工作小組調查。

事源財務秘書有責任為文化聯會幹事會的開支簽名確認。 由於馮同學對其中兩項不合理地高的印刷費起疑，於是向文化聯會財務秘書查詢。文化聯會財務秘書回覆指開支牽涉15張A4海報（收據上為75元）及26張A4路標（收據上為120元）。

財務秘書其後指示學生會職員核對收據資料，發現該發出相關收據的店舖數年前已搬遷並結束經營相關業務。 馮認為事件涉及偽造文書及詐騙款項，且文化聯會並非屬會，因此交由評議會處理。

由於當事人並未有列席會議，署理會長黃程鋒建議交由司法委員會成立工作小組調查。評議會其後進入保密的司法委員會程序處理相關事務。
