＜網上留言一面倒質疑 同學質疑價錢成效必要性＞
昨日評議會通過開發手機應用程式的撥款，但見學苑即時新聞報導的留言卻一面倒質疑該計劃。本報亦訪問了部分同學，他們同樣對計劃價錢、效能及諮詢提出種種疑問。

就手機應用程式的價錢，有同學留言表示不解如何計算出十五萬開支，亦有留言質疑預算是否足夠。部分同學擔心計劃最終會成為「大白象工程」，十五萬最終「掉左落鹹水海」。

不少同學亦關心應用程式的效能，認為功能不吸引。計劃中的部分功能亦可以現有的平台取代，沒有必要開發一專用的應用程式。

留言中有同學表示即使身為學會幹事，亦沒有人主動接觸他詢問意見。雖然他有提交意見書，但卻未見有任何跟進。亦有同學表示有聽過開發計劃，但從未見過有關計劃的計劃書，只能透過學苑及本報的事後總結，令他難以參與討論，判斷計劃是否值得推行。

＜工程學會代表張皓銘：欠缺明確展望    普選評議員陳嘉皓：促進雙向溝通＞

本報訪問了兩位昨日在席投票的評議員。其中工程學會代表張皓銘同學就議案投下反對票。他認為程式的功能一般，預期使用率不高。他指出上一次會議評議員不介意花費更多以增加更多功能，而今次雖有提出頗吸引的發帖文功能，但又因實行上的困難而暫時擱置，計劃因而與原方案相約。他認為現時幹事對程式欠缺明確展望，因此投下反對票。

普選評議員陳嘉皓就議案投下贊成票。他認為程式一方面可以促進屬會與學生之間的雙向溝通，另一方面可以令港大這一個社群更緊密。而大部份針對程式功能的問題主要是關乎如何管理營運，相信問題可以透過大家努力而解決。
