校委會研究生代表選舉之微信紅包賄選事件，落選人之一巫堃泰早前向法庭申請司法覆核獲批許可。巫指將會在試後交代一切與案件相關之事宜。
巫堃泰個人專頁之聲明如下：
「今日，我得悉法院就我尋求司法覆核，推翻我大校委會決定不調查研究生校委朱科一事，發出覆核許可。而早前一日，法援署則拒絕批出法援
我會儘快就法援署的決定作出上訴，讓案件能夠正式進入司法程序
現時正值論文及考試季節，而我亦需要應付數科考試。一切與案件相關事宜，我會在試後再向各位交待」
早前校委會研究生代表選舉，候選人朱科被指利用微信紅包鼓勵同學投票，涉嫌賄選，引起社會廣泛關注。及後朱科生出選舉，校委會亦決定不會調查涉嫌賄選一事，校長馬斐森更指「賄選是學生之間的事」。由於校委會委員之選舉不受法例監管，因此巫堃泰早前向法庭申請司法覆核，要求推翻校委會之決定。
