【20210713編按：見到日日都有人撳入嚟，想提一提大家呢篇係2017年寫架！可能唔update 架！】

又到咗一年一度DSE放榜時節，作為一個曾經幫過下人嘅升學顧問，今日想講一個造神嘅故事。

咁大家可能留意到，今年港大經濟及工商管理學院轄下增設咗一個新課程，叫做金融學學士 (資產管理及私人銀行) (Bachelor of Finance in Asset Management and Private Banking，code = JS6860)。早前院方就話佢地係亞洲第一間增設呢個課程嘅院校，並將呢科嘅預期收生水平同現有嘅計量金融學睇齊。可能有啲準港大同學仔見係新科，又同Finance有關，咁就揀咗，但佢嘅課程內容又係咪真係符合院方嘅收生預期呢？

而家上經管學院嘅網站睇，就只有簡短介紹、點解港大要開呢科，同埋少量有關新課程架構嘅資料。小編出於好奇，就click咗入去睇，發現佢得以下資訊：

對比下現行揀Finance作主修嘅課
Major in Finance

換言之，其實呢個新課程，只係將四個finance elective嘅限額，轉落去AMPB名下成為必修科；將Econ & Fin嘅capstone course轉成一個專為呢個major而設嘅capstone course。

簡而言之，其實呢個所謂嘅新課程，同現行major finance嘅同學讀嘅野係九成一樣。再者，而家金融界已經進入科技世代，對於呢方面嘅人才需求已有下滑趨勢。總括而言，呢個課程係一個「遲咗幾年嘅搵食科」，揸住理想成績嘅同學，其實無必要跳入呢個新課程做開荒牛，揀返啲「真。神科」好過啦。
