早前本報報導大選期間有一票站遲開近一小時，現任選委會署理主席馮紀立向本報表示在大選完結後召開的選委會會議上，涉事的偉倫堂學生會遭罰款700元。馮表示，稍後向評議會遞交的全年工作報告亦會匯報本次事件以作警惕。
有票站於二月八日10時30分正式開放時間仍未有票站職員到達，至約11時20分才能開放。時任選委會主席馮紀立指，事件因有票站職員遲到而又未能安排額外人手所致。
