【歷史】驚人「僭建」大揭秘

最近Knowles個邊被揭懷疑係僭建，震驚港大幾十年夾夾埋埋十幾廿萬人——行咗幾十年，竟然係僭建！實在好難想像嗰度唔係Jupas Office，唔係SU Notice Board同樓梯，而係停車場同泊車位。

如果而家喺U-Street 上面僭建返一棟office，你又想唔想像到？冇可能？痴L線？咁呢舊喺時光隧道（而家無人行了:'( ）上面嘅嘢又係咩？

呢舊灰色嘅大型「僭建物」，就係已經消失得無影無蹤嘅創新科技培育館（Technology Innovation and Incubation Building, TIIB）。呢棟又叫做「科橋」嘅「僭建物」，大概係喺1999年冚落大家依家日日行過嘅U-Street嘅位置（當然啦，當年又邊有咩U-Street架）。僭建嚟嚟去去都係得一個原因啫，就係土地問題、唔夠位用了，相信要係空間咁有限嘅位置，搭多兩層房間嚟用，都真係幾等房用了。

4.走廊就係咁喇

其實我都唔知究竟係呢棟兩層高嘅「鐵皮屋」裏面，培育咗啲咩創新科技。不過，呢座創新科技培育館最唔創新科技嘅用途之一，就肯定係收留學生會同一大批屬會喇。零零年代尾，港大開始起百周年校園。本來係徐朗星文娛中心（個名淨只係留返係垃圾桶上面:/）嘅學生會同屬會因為工程需要，要暫時搬到科橋寄居。係2010年到2011年間，呢度就係學生會辦事處，評議會會議室，以及一眾屬會嘅嫂房喇。

（二零一一年學生會出版秘書製作嘅《TIIBye.》短片，可見嫂房呢類空間係永遠同整潔扯唔上任何關係嘅。）

2011年夏天，學生會搬返現址之後，呢棟TIIB就隨即拆卸，灰飛煙滅，改建成今日大家日日行，日日塞嘅U-Street了。（呼籲：保護校園基建，少返學，多走堂～～）
