利希慎堂兩宗醜聞被揭至今已經有近一個月。雖然去屆利希慎堂學生會幹事會在上月二十一日現身學生會評議會緊急會議，接受評議會質詢。不過，去屆幹事會在會上的解釋反覆，說法矛盾，亦未能就其說法提供證據，更有諸多情節至今仍未有充分解釋。本報整合兩醜聞重點如下。
一：去屆利希慎堂學生會到底在甚麼場合、以甚麼方式向組爸媽、迎新籌委、新鮮人解釋CEDARS 的舍堂迎新指南？
1. 起初去屆幹事表示，在第一次籌委會議時，已向組爸媽及籌委直接提及其舍堂迎新指引，並向他們提供相關文件，但因籌備及溝通不足，未有讓新生得悉該指引。
2. 曾為該迎新籌委的學苑總編隨即指出在該次會議上並未有收過該份指引。去屆幹事則改稱有在第一次籌委會議上向籌委「提及」該指引，並在組爸媽會議時「提供」指引。
3. 校園電視代表及偉倫堂學生會代表要求書面紀錄時，去屆幹事再改稱是在會上「要求」組爸媽自行上網搜尋，並稱籌委會的議程有作討論。
二：去屆幹事有沒有就其說法提供甚麼證據？
1. 學苑總編輯指出，迎新籌委第一次會議的議程，並無提及 CEDARS 的舍堂迎新指引，並向評議員披露當時的籌委會會議議程。
2. 去屆幹事堅持曾提醒組爸媽在組會要求全體堂友留意迎新指引，但未能提供相關證明。
3. 醫學會代表提出索取迎新小冊子，以了解迎新首日是否有介紹迎新指引的環節，去屆利希慎堂學生會幹事以「涉及私隱」為由，不便公開。然而，在場有基本會員指出，小冊子一般不會涉及個人資料，公開小冊子難以侵犯個人私隱。此時，去屆幹事則以「小冊子涉及迎新安排，是舍堂機密」為由，拒絕公開小冊子。
三：塗鴉事件當晚的夜行路線及塗鴉被揭發的經過其實是怎樣？
1. 去屆幹事稱，夜行路線大概是「從一個地方走到另一個地方」，而弔唁冊則在這條路線之中。幹事未有提及實際路線及checkpoint，亦未有就所稱的路線提供任何證據。
2. 去屆幹事稱在活動完結後，籌委發現弔唁冊被塗污，因而揭發事件。法律學會代表質疑：如果活動不涉及弔唁冊，何故籌委於清場時會特意翻閱弔唁冊，發現塗鴉？
四：塗鴉事件的涉事同學在甚麼時候自首？
1. 去屆幹事總結事件時序為：夜行活動籌委在清場時發現事件，並在 WhatsApp Group 作通知。去屆幹事立刻得悉事件，並馬上通知舍監導師，而兩名肇事宿生則在舍監導師回覆幹事會前自首。去屆外務副主席呂俊賢在會議上稱：「簡單嚟講就係我地即時 inform 咗 warden 同 tutor，喺 warden、tutor 回覆之前嗰兩位同學已經自首咗。」
2. 不過據本報所得，去屆幹事於翌日晚上八時二十五分發Whatsapp 訊息，指醫學院當日早上發現了弔唁冊昨日被塗鴉，並通知利希慎堂舍監及導師。由於舍監希望事件能在醫學院檢查閉路電視片段作正式調查前，先行了解事件，並降低事件對肇事宿生的影響，因此呼籲同學可於12小時內聯絡發文人，主席，舍監或高級導師處理。
五：舍堂收生建議小組根據甚麼原則處理收生？
去屆幹事表示，兩名指使新生塗污弔唁冊的宿生在事後自首，因此未曾收到李嘉誠醫學院方面的投訴。他表示兩名宿生在事後已經退宿，並在其後重新申請入住，經「綜合考慮」後獲准入住。
六：去屆幹事會主席是否知悉懷疑非禮事件，及有否呼籲同學當懷疑非禮事件「無事發生就好」？
1. 現屆幹事會聲明中指，由於去屆幹事會並無收到正式投訴，故未能展開詳細調查。
2. 據本報所得資料，去屆幹事曾在群組內呼籲同學：「總之唔好亂咁傳啲rumors la，當無事發生就好，盡量唔好舊事重提」。
3. 會議上，去屆幹事指校方正調查懷疑非禮事件，未有回應任何關於非禮事件的質詢。
七：利希慎堂學生會去屆所提交之迎新報告是否真確？
1. 報告中稱迎新期間舍堂嚴格遵守舍堂迎新的原則及指引，又指組長和籌委有照料新生的身體及心理狀況。會議上社會科學學會代表質疑陳述是否屬實。去屆幹事就其迎新安排不當致歉。
2. 社會科學學會代表認為，既然報告內容有不足之處，而利希慎堂學生會去屆幹事亦承認報告內容有紕漏，因此評議會應撤回接收該迎新報告的議案。最後評議會一致同意利希慎堂學生會需要補交迎新報告，以及現時被接收的迎新報告應予以撤回。
