【速報午間短評】
0. 雖然講呢啲實會畀人話「依家講呢啲有咩用」、「網絡軍師」，但係唔講都可能再無機會講了。
1. 昨晚記招， 會長代表學生會就該「哀悼慰問感激」議案致歉，並稱「我哋呢到嘅人」將會辭職，又宣佈評議會將撤回該議案。
2. 校園電視的直播標題是《香港大學學生會評議會對近日事件之回應》。不過，先是評議會主席並無現身，再者屬於幹事會（且將辭職）的會長竟然可以代表（未召開會議的）評議會宣佈撤回議案。平日常常掛在口邊、引以自傲的典章制度，在這些時候又竟然可以一概不理了。
3. 面對記者提問，會長只是重覆致歉、不評論其他事務及「我哋呢到嘅人」會辭職。雖然明白想事件儘快平息，但以上的答案予人的感覺是沒有準備，連內部溝通也未處理好。
4. 如果真的是沒有準備好，沒有溝通好，是否代表提出議程和討論議案時根本沒有仔細想清楚？會議在七月七日晚上舉行，相信大家在那一刻已經清楚「梁健輝刺警事件」的政治和歷史含義。即使與會的評議員出於良知支持議案，無懼自身的安危，亦認爲值得押上學生會來表態，是否應該準備好跟隨以來的報復？如果沒有，這麼粗疏的決定的結果就是令自己和學生會陷入更大的危機，辜負選民的託付。
5. 談及選民的託付，幹事會競選是這樣交代自己的外務立場的。
「郭：至於外務議題上，無論同學抑或我們，短期內都要以更低調的方法及身位做事，希望同學明白、諒解。無可奈何，我們現在是以言論及活動的空間換取生存時間。」（學苑，2021年5月3日）
「在補選諮詢大會上，「薪燧」曾被同學質疑何謂「低調地」處理政治議題，郭永皓解釋，「薪燧」會減少就政治議題高調表態、發表聲明，亦不會舉辦針對政治議題的示威集會。他續說，「薪燧」會按議題評估風險，如果觸及國安法、港獨等敏感議題將不會表態。」（衆新聞，2021年5月22日）
請問幹事會會否在離職前，向一衆會員交代自己當日的決定？
6. 三聯會在記招進行同時發聲明「劃清界線」。三聯會與學生會其他部分不咬弦不是一朝一夕的事，是歷史也是制度的結果，過去一年已經多次在不同場合反映出來。雖然從自保角度來說，寫什麼離譜的支持議案純屬「誤解」也算了，但一句「並和香港大學學生會評議會再無關係」實在過分——三聯會及旗下屬會也是學生會一部分，爲自保退出也可理解，但在此時此刻以爲可以獨善其身實在可笑亦可恥。
7. 2021年6月24日本報短評：「但今天不再一樣了。異議的聲音必須消滅，反對的力量必須剷除，越界的人物必須追殺到底。學生會已經不是簡單「釋出善意」就可以默默運作下去，也不可能自我審查就可以矇混過關。
……
現在，希望學生會研究一下假如明日被禁，應如何善後，如何保存學生會上下的檔案（可惜一大部分評議會記錄已經捐贈與香港大學「共同擁有」），「留低嘅喺一份心意唔係負擔」。」
