七月十日會議除了撤銷決議及處理幹事會等人的請辭外，亦討論如何處理學生會事務的後續安排。評議會主席以評議會事務委員會主席的身份，報告委員會關於如何處理學生會及評議會運作問題的建議。
- 幹事會：全數出缺，希望有人選署任
- 迎新委：希望有人接任主席繼續運作，繼續與校方屬會等商討。最終評議會通過修改迎新委員會的職責範圍，放寬組成委員規定。
- 學生會迎新營（巨O）：由於幹事會已辭職，現時無幹事領導。雖然評議會主席表示希望繼續舉辦，但有評議員表示反對。經一輪討論後，評議會最終決定不再繼續舉辦巨O。
- 學生會大樓事務: 由於現時情況混亂，去留未定，因此建議評議會事務委員會押後交付成立工作小組的建議至下次會議。
- 評議會：因可預見大量評議員出缺（估計只餘下14人）且不會於短時間內有新人接任，因此評議會有機會因不符合會議常規最低15人的法定人數要求已無法運作。評議會主席因此建議擱置該條規定，但有評議員關心擱置的時效及擱置對評議會決議代表性的影響。最終評議會通過擱置該條規定，並將法定人數下限暫定於不少於10人（評議會榮譽祕書除外），並建議每次會議都檢討此下限。
- 常設委員會：
- 修憲委：如常運作
- 時委：處理主席（即剛辭任的會長）亦剛辭任時委主席，但其他成員有意繼續，建議委任新主席
- 大學事務：大學事務祕書辭任後主席出缺，但他仍會以大學教務委員會成員身份作爲觀察員參與
- 財委：財務祕書辭任後主席出缺。由於憲章列明財委會的組成，包括註明由幹事會財務祕書出任財委會主席，因此暫時無法運作。評議會主席建議修憲委研究如何委任主席，並修改財務守則及附例方便運作。
- 選委：只餘兩人，無可能以此狀態舉辦選舉，因此必須委任新委員，但希望二人即使可能離任亦先待委任新人交接後再處理。
- 議會事務：只餘三人，可運作，建議各不同類別的評議員派人參與
- 其他委員會
- 處理性騷擾：修改職責範圍，放寬組成委員規定。
