3. 雖然立志救急扶危的醫學生不支持該議案也是合理，但聲明中稱「當評議會與醫學會就外務和校務議題上出現意見分歧時，評議會均以會訓「團結一致」，需要統一口徑爲由，扼殺醫學會的少數聲音」實在令人詫異。請醫學會請楚交代：評議會如何以會訓「團結一致」，統一口徑，扼殺少數聲音？
自問觀察學生會多年，未曾有聞以會訓「團結一致」爲由迫令其他人服從——受同儕壓力影響或自己惰於思考的評議員的確是常見；當然，也不能完全肯定今年沒有這樣的做法，但——最接近的例子正正來自三聯會的聲明：去屆文化聯會會長正是以反對刊登蘋果日報廣告爲由辭職，然後再獲文化聯會支持重新當選會長。請問評議會對此有甚麼「反制措施」？口徑如何統一了？會訓「團結一致」的精神甚麼時候變成緊箍咒了？
再者，港大醫學生才高八斗，特意用上「統一口徑」、「扼殺少數聲音」等字眼，怎會不知道當中的貶損之意？爲了脫身，割席也可理解，不過竟然不惜將評議會描繪成極權組織般，把醫學會塑造成徹底的受害者。落井下石，真得不得不佩服一山還有一山高。
3. 醫學會聲言拒絕派員參與評議會及聲言脫離學生會，對學生會的打擊重大。醫學會會員人數達3000人，佔學生會會員總數近20%，財政上亦比三聯會的屬會更爲獨立。若拒絕派員參與評議會，即可理解爲學生會不再代表近20%的會員；同時，由於拒絕派員參與，醫學會亦有可能拒絕承認或執行評議會部分或全部的決議，此時即使未有正式退出學生會，亦形同自立。
4. 比會員人數更重要的是，學生會一直奉行「必然會員制」，以唯一代表全體本科生的組織自居。假如醫學會脫離學生會自立，港大學生會亦不再擁有代表全體本科生的獨特角色，只是校園內衆多不同學生組織中的一個。這可算是是某種意義上的「亡會」。
