文／好掛住部PS4
轉眼間名大生活已經過左兩個月，而小弟依然無咩功課交⋯⋯明明周圍D同學個個星期都要摺lib做功課，點解我reg D科會咁少野做 ？－？不過多得係咁，小弟多左機會接觸名大其他唔同嘅方面，而小弟今日想介紹嘅就係日本版大學五件事之一嘅──部活（社團活動）。
一：喺具體講吓部活嘅運作之前，小弟想先介紹吓名大嘅架構。首先，名大（或者話日本嘅所有大學）都係無學生會嘅。我猶記得同名大嘅tutor吹水之際，佢喺話我聽呢個事實之後仲加左句comment：「都已經唔係中學啦，邊使學生會。」唉，慚愧慚愧。而因為無學生會，所以好少會有咩subsidy或者公共資源分配，除左空間使用分配之外，大部分社團都係自負盈虧，自己搞掂佢。亦都因為咁，呢到社團嘅入會費絕對會令香港學生望而卻步。不過小弟抱持用錢買經驗嘅精神，就唔多care啦。如果有起紛爭（e.g. 爭場用）會點搞？呢度都會好似評議會咁坐低決定，不過當然唔會有D咩motion 規矩啦。
二：返返正題，小弟一開學都參觀過唔少唔同嘅部活，例如動漫研，馬術研，鐵路研等等，不過最後都無入到。理由亦好簡單，就係當佢知你唔係local，就會當正你外人咁，令你覺得距離個圈子好遠。當然，我唔會怪佢地，講真自己上莊都未必想應酬外國學生，話知你講廣東話講得幾好都係咁話。只不過日本人嘅「裡」「外」分得好清楚，所以你特別容易feel到咁解。而小弟結果join嘅部活，就係一個無咁差別待遇（？）小弟嘅，呢個就係裏千家茶道部。
三：裏千家茶道部，顧名思義，就係裏千家流派嘅茶道部。（事實上名大有第二個茶道部，不過唔同流派，呢度唔多講）香港人唔多唔少都應該聽過茶道呢個term，大概亦都知道就係講點樣serve茶俾人咁話。不過，茶道講嘅係成個流程嘅流暢同優雅，細緻同用心，而我可以好肯定咁講要做好係好L難嘅一件事。唔單止每個步驟要記住唒做好做滿，仲要一出錯就成個流程都會影響到。不過亦都因為咁，對訓練耐性同細心都好有幫助。雖然距離學好距離仲好遠⋯⋯
四：相比起港大幾百人嘅屬會搞個活動可能小貓三四隻都無，（welfare week除外）名大部活嘅出席率絕對遠遠優勝。所有會員都屬於一個Line Group入面，邊日有事做嚟唔到都要事前講定。而雖然逢星期一同六都有部活，但無一次出席率會低過75%，甩底更加係未發生過。當然，遲到呢D通病依然會有，但講上心度，呢邊實在大得多。
五： 另外，呢邊亦都無上莊制。「莊務」，或者話會務，由所有會員共同承擔。Set場、清潔、聯絡其他屬會、老鬼、宣傳品設計、搬野抬野、以至約地方食飯，每個會員都會有份，而且係自動自覺地做。當然，可能喺我睇唔到嘅地方，大家都有放軟手腳唔做野。但至少，應該要盡嘅責任，就我所見，每個人都有盡到。呢兩個月我成日喺度唸，呢個模式放落香港嘅大學度，會唔會work？不過呢D問題，又有邊個答到我呢？
希望喺返香港之前，我可以學識茶道嘅基本啦sosad。下期，我會講吓名大學園祭。
