USweet續約小風波已經有成個禮拜，幹事會一路劣拙嘅處理手法同回應令問題仍然未能解決；而黃店與否嘅討論亦令大家無認真思考係咪應該續約呢個主問題。
1. 加租？
幹事會係學苑21號報道話「見幾年來租金沒有變動才調整」，同晚聲明就話「未曾向U-Sweet表示必須繳付更高贊助金方可續簽」，23號學苑跟進報道話嘗試聯絡幹事會再澄清，但「未得到回覆」，直到今日28號都無再就有無提出加租出過聲。U-Sweet一方就一直都話幹事會提出加租$2000。幹事會連有無提出加租呢件咁簡單嘅事，點解都唔可以交代清楚？
2. 謠言？道歉？
學苑二十一日報道幹事會斬釘截鐵話「與網上謠言絕無關係」，但同晚內務副會長李沛聰承認講過「偽黃，講完」，幹事會聲明又係最後一段最後一句輕輕交代「就個別幹事私底下作出不實言論致歉，將竭力改善」。幹事會信口雌黃，誠信何在？另外，聲明裡面無講清楚「不實言論」係咩，咁就叫道左歉？
3. 本人意見與本人立場無關？
內務副會長聲稱「本人之意見與莊立場無關，而本人與Usweet接洽時皆以莊立場行事，並無以本人立場左右續約之決定」。你明顯有強烈的個人意見（而自己亦承認係錯），你點樣取信同學你個人意見無／唔會影響你嘅決定？難道一句「承諾」就足夠？你係幹事會同評議會都有發言權、提案權、投票權喎。從另一個角度講，你刻意避開你個人意見，係咪有／能夠盡幹事的職責？
4. 合作到落去？
U-Sweet 過去兩年遲交租金水電費多達16次，又無交營運報告，又擅自改餐牌同加價，又無按合約要求開到凌晨二點，既影響學生會日常財務，又令學生會俾唔到原本計劃嘅服務俾同學。即使USweet老闆先係多次表示係蝕住做，但係蝕住做唔可以攞嚟抵銷一直以來嘅種種問題。為同學同學生會整體利益出發，咁樣嘅表現，有D咩繼續合作嘅理由？
5. 黃店必須留？
因為內務副會長「偽黃」評論，U-Sweet 黃店身分成為討論焦點。有支持抗爭嘅友人當然係值得感激，但係將討論變成支持黃店vs打壓黃店就模糊咗個焦點喇。黃店可以係學生會管理嘅店鋪嘅一個必要條件，但絕對無可能係一個充分條件。
