但係究竟咩係「福利」？根據本人多年來嘅campaign 經驗，「福利」通常就係指D咩折扣優惠呀，派welfare pack呀，有D會員可以享用嘅服務呀 － 但係「福利」，英文係Welfare，從來無聽過有人當成「福址」咁去理解。咁樣個問題就釐清啦 － 究竟點樣用個鋪位先最能夠「增進同學福祉」？貴租出去收錢（Starbucks）、平租出去支持社企（UDeli）、方便同學夜深都有得食下野（USweet）、自己營運合作社（Coop store）、俾同學團體使用（其他union 管理嘅房間），重有好多其他用途法。呢個先係幹事會最需要交代，同學最應該關心嘅問題。
